Despite being able to look out my window and see the edge of the Park Blocks and the edge of the Shattuck Hall garden, the thing that reminds me the most that I live at the edge of a major city are the sounds I hear all day and especially all night. The ambulances, the fire trucks, the police cars…

Well said…even as I sit here in sacramento, knowing I have heard some of the same exact sounds…waiting desperately for a move to Portland…city life is truly the best life…

CD Mosaics by Mirco Pagano & Moreno De Turco

Mosaics of famous musicians created out of their own albums. Around 6500 CD’s were collectively used for all the images and the effect is outstanding. They were created for an anti piracy campaign and the full set can be seen here.
